Balady Portal

The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Sheikh, inaugurated the launch of ”Balady Portal”, in the presence of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawahah, along with the Secretaries of the Regions, at the Apex Conference and Exhibition Hall, King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh, in cooperation with the e-Government Program (Yesser).

About Balady

The Balady portal was developed in cooperation with a various municipal authorities to serve as the national portal to the municipal community. The portal includes three main services:

  1. interactive services that help to promote the concept of community partnership to improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

  2. E-services that help to make electronic applications for the most widely used licenses.

  3. Informatics, which helps beneficiaries to make relevant decisions that contribute to improving the level of satisfaction with the municipal sector.

 The Balady Portal Launch Event was held at the APEX Convention Center. It is famous for its modern architectural style created by the world-famous Architect "Zaha Hadid".
